“The Night Watchmen” Is the 2017 SouthSide Film Festival’s Late Night Movie

The latest horror/comedy feature to be selected as the SouthSide Film Festival’s Late Night Movie, The Night Watchmen tells how three hapless night watchmen, aided by a young rookie and a fearless tabloid journalist, fight an epic battle to save their lives. After a mistaken warehouse delivery unleashes a horde of hungry vampires these unlikely heroes have to save not only themselves but also stop the vampires from taking over the city of Baltimore.

Directed by Mitchell Altieri and written by Dan DeLuca and Jamie Nash, the film’s humor is evidenced by the tagline, “Let’s go kill some dead people”! The Night Watchmen was an Official Selection at the Cleveland International Film Festival and won the Silver Stake Award at the Vampire Arts Festival.

Watch and laugh at The Night Watchmen at 11 p.m., Friday, June 167 at the Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Arts, 321 E. Third St., Bethlehem, Pa.
