A cultural heritage almost lost after WWII, lambic is on the rise again today. “Bottle Conditioned” is an intimate documentary that goes beyond the beer and dives deeper into the lives of the people creating it, exploring universal themes of running a multigenerational family business, expanding upon tradition, and meeting expectations from consumers worldwide. The film follows three of the most revered lambic producers at a pivotal point in time, where each grapple with the growing demand for their beers and how it affects their personal relationships.
